- Preparation of various dishes using the cook and chill method for communal catering
- Organisation, delivery and supervision of various catering events with up to 1,000 guests
- Active involvement in the planning and control of production and logistics processes in our canteen kitchen
- Responsibility for production and quality control
- Enjoy working with kitchen software
- Working in accordance with HACCP hygiene standards
Your talent:
- You have successfully completed vocational training as a chef
- You work independently, innovatively and have a passion for good food and its preparation
- You have experience in the preparation and supervision of catering
- You have already gained some experience with HACCP
- Your strengths include the ability to work in a team, reliability and commitment
- You enjoy working with people with disabilities and have the necessary social skills to do so
- You have a class 3 / class B driving licence

At our site in Kaiserslautern, we prepare around 5,000 meals a day using the modern cook and chill process. We create prospects on the general labour market, particularly for people with disabilities and the long-term unemployed.
